1. What Nero is

Nero is a virtual fitting room: it generates images showing how a garment would look on you, from your photos and the references you give it. The results are an approximate simulation and may not match reality.

2. Age

You must be 16 or over to use the app. Uploading photos of minors is not allowed.

3. What you may and may not do

You may use Nero for personal and lawful purposes. You may not:

• Upload photos of other people without their express consent.
• Upload photos of minors, even if they are yours or your family’s.
• Use the app to impersonate, harass, humiliate or threaten anyone, or for any unlawful purpose.
• Generate or attempt to generate sexual content, nudity, or explicit, violent or offensive content.
• Infringe copyright, trade marks, image rights or the privacy of others.
• Tamper with the app, reverse-engineer it, or intercept or alter its communications with our servers.
• Circumvent or attempt to get around the credit system, or use the app with automated tools.

4. Your photos are your responsibility

By uploading a photo or a reference you confirm that you have the right to use it in Nero. If a person appears in it, you confirm that you have their consent to process it and generate results.

5. The results

Nero can produce wrong or poor-quality results. We do not guarantee that it gets sizes, fabrics or proportions right. It is not professional advice and should not be taken as a faithful representation of reality.

6. Credits: how they work

Nero runs on credits. Each image you generate spends one. Plan credits renew every month: each renewal leaves you with the number of credits your plan includes, and any you did not spend that month do not accumulate or carry over to the next month. If you have thirty left and your plan renews with fifty, you have fifty, not eighty. The extra credits you buy separately are different: those last one year from purchase and do not depend on the plan. When you generate, the credits that expire soonest are spent first, so that you do not lose any that could have been used.

7. Subscriptions: renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period, and are charged through Apple or Google depending on where you subscribed. The renewal is charged within the twenty-four hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel whenever you like, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. Until then you keep your credits. Cancellation is done in the store, not inside Nero. On iPhone: Settings, your name, Subscriptions. On Android: Google Play, your profile, Payments and subscriptions. We cannot cancel your subscription for you: the billing relationship is between you and the store.

8. Refunds

Purchases are handled by Apple and Google, and so are refunds: you request them from the stores and they are governed by their terms. If you live in the European Union you have fourteen days to withdraw from a purchase of digital content. That period is lost if you start using the content sooner, that is, as soon as you generate the first image with those credits, and by purchasing you agree to this. Except where the law requires it, we do not refund credits already spent or results you did not like.

9. Brands

Brands may appear if you are the one who includes them. Nero is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any brand.

10. Misuse

We may block or suspend an account if we receive reports of misuse or infringement of rights, or if we detect tampering with the app or the credit system. In such cases unused credits are not refunded.

11. Deleting your account

You can delete it in Settings, Delete account. What is deleted and what is kept is at https://nero-one.site/en/delete-data/

12. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for your purchasing decisions or for damage arising from the use of the generated images. None of the above limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer.

13. You keep us harmless

If a third party makes a claim against us over content you supplied, for example photos uploaded without permission, you are the one who answers for it.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection given to you by the law of your country of residence and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country.

15. Changes

We may update these terms and will change the date above. Continuing to use the app means accepting them.
