Nero is an app made by Erick Arias, in Belgium. There is no call centre: you write, and a person answers.

If something goes wrong
The quickest way is to report it from inside the app, under Settings → Report an issue: it arrives with your phone model and your Nero version already attached, which is the first thing anyone needs to know.
If you would rather write an email, say what you were doing and what you expected to happen. A screenshot saves half a conversation.
Your data
Your photos stay on your phone: they are not stored on any server. You can delete any garment, inspiration or generated image whenever you like, and you can delete your whole account.
